February 8, 2008 journal, my opinion on best longevity begins with pure water, pure air and pure food in moderate amounts. Sunshine I believe is a vital ingredient 15 minutes. Exercise for 15 minutes on a treadmill I believe to be vital in the health menu necessities. I wake up with all enthusiasm cannot wait to unload into my journal the message I feel. If you take the above steps you may be ready for some serious life sustaining endeavor. Avoid at all cost refined sugar, white flour, meat, milk and processed salt, the 5 whites. Make peace with God and self permanently and live a simple life void of stress. Be ye single-minded and given unto prayer and praise of a living Lord God (Yesu is Yahweh). Practice breathing deep daily and relaxing. Avoid tobacco smoke, alcoholic beverages. Eat light at night and sleep like a baby then awake to a new world of expectations daily. The shooting in West Saint Louis leaves 2 policeman dead and the mayor shot critically. Another shooting this morning in Louisiana Technical left three nursing students dead. What is gong on in this country, people have gone crazy beside the wars we are fighting. Fox News rhetoric on tax cuts for wealthy people seems foolish considering the state of the nation. Anyone watching Fox News is getting a brainwashing dose of propaganda. I suppose that is strong language although it is the way I feel and it is my opinion, my right. They have bewitched the name conservative and are more liberal than the Democrats. I never thought I would see the phony conservative right breaking up with her and Rust kicking their anointed one for whom they have passed the mantle and will likely control the vote. The American people are not going to be so dumb this time with the war lost. The American people are charged with the cost of the war said to be $16,000 per each. made a video of a bill coming to each citizen's home for war. McCain stacked the audience with a busload of applauders at the Conservative Political Action Council making it appear they were applauding him when it was paid applauders. The author of a book Conservatives Betrayed was on TV talk-show tonight saying John McCain cannot win with rhetoric, but he must come forward with truth and with the facts. James Dobson endorsed Huckabee and is not likely to change his mind therefore the vote of the evangelicals will be lost to John McCain making it impossible to win fairly without fixing the machines. George Boy spoke to the CPAC today and had his hands all over McCain yet did not endorse him. Head of the Baptist Convention said the country needs McCain to carry on the war.
